Windows 10 Install windows 10 on a laptop with no os, no cd drive, and no usb 2.0 port

I tried installing windows 7 previously on the laptop, did everything I was supposed to do to install windows 7, the laptop never recognized the usb disk, I tried it on another laptop and it recognized it instantly but that laptop had usb 2.0 port, so the laptop is now stuck with no os, and I have no way of installing any os on the laptop
