Windows 11 Installation Media for Windows 11 24H2

I've downloaded the Installation Media last week for 24H2. When I go to install it stops and asks for device drivers. It's a newer HP laptop and I've run Windows 11 23H2 on it before. Now it hangs up and the only way I can get a USB drive to boot is to delete (reformat) the C; drive from x
