Windows 11 Installation of Adobe Blocked

I am trying to install Adobe Acrobat Pro to my Dell computer so that when I try and access a pdf it will take me to the app instead of Google. Every time I try to install the app, it says another installer is already running. I need to find a way to cancel that other installation to be able install the app. I have already tried contacting Adobe Support and they were unable to solve the issue.
