Windows 10 Installed an Updated Version of Application and Defender Wanted to Block It

Windows 10 ProVersion 22H2 (OS Build 19045.4892)I installed an updated version of an application I have been using for years and when I started it got a popup:I clicked on the link in the popup and got:Windows help and learning (microsoft.com)Nothing about letting an app through a firewall.Any idea why the process was flagged? I don't ever recall getting that message when installing or updating any other communications applications including prior versions of this one.As a side note isn't any process running over the internet using a public network?Second side note -- how does Windows Defende
