Windows 10 Installed high definition audio device version 10.0.19041.264 and it Stopped all headphone audio (Including Bluetooth) stopped working

I am using an ASUS ROG Strix G15 G512LW-ES76 laptop I was trying to figure out a problem that I had where I had a slight delay and I found a guide to try and help me. Fixing Realtek audio driver lag on Windows 10 This was the guide that I found and it seemed to be a simple thing to try so I followed the steps. When I got to step 7 It gave me two versions of the same option and I picked the 10.0.19041.264 one because it was dated more recently. I reset my computer as it asked and when I booted up my computer with headphones still connected It made a sound that I've never heard before and then nothing the audio in the headphones doesn't work anymore. I tried to lookup more fixes that involved my drivers and my sound setting and things in the control panel and none of those worked. I tried to find the original sound drivers that I could redownload and the Asus website didn't have the right model of computer I was looking for. Since I just got this laptop and only had a few games I factory reset it hoping it would fix the problem but yet the problem still persists. Does anyone know what the problem could be and how I could fix this problem?


Note- My headphones do connect and say they are working and show up
