Windows 7 Installed last Windows 7 update and now my Google Chrome will launch but not load pages

I installed the last update for Windows 7 and tried using Google Chrome. The program opens but won't load any pages - I just have a "loading" message on the tab. I uninstalled Google Chrome and reinstalled the program and this didn't fix the problem. I can open pages fine in Incognito but not in regular. I tried to delete my history and continue to get a blue circle. None of the fixes seem to work for me. Any help getting my Google Chrome to work as it did before the update is appreciated. Thank you.
