Windows 11 Installing Intel MPI Runtime 2019 on ARM based Windows 11 running on a M1 MacBook through Parallels Desktop

I need install Intel MPI Runtime 2019 Update 10 (2019.10.321) on ARM based Windows 11 (22000.318) running on a M1 MacBook (MacBook Pro, 14-inch, 2021, macOS Monterey) through Parallels Desktop (Version 18.0.1, 53056). The installation begins normally but terminates by itself after extracting the files. I checked the installation log file and found messages "Child window was NOT found", "Waiting end of child process...", and "Return Code of child process: -532462766". I am not completely sure what is happening but most likely it is a problem related to compatibility of x86 codes on the ARM base
