Hello all, should staff be asked to enter Admin Credentials when trying to install a printer from a Print Server? I ask this as ever since our computers have been upgraded to Windows 10 that is the only way to install a printer. Staff need to contact our help desk or contact the local network administrator or IT team to enter the Credentials and install a printer. Before Windows 10 staff were able to just browse to the print server click on the printer object and it installed, as they are in AD groups that give rights to the printers. Just wanted to know if this was a Windows 10 thing
