Windows 10 Installing XNA Game Studio for Visual Studio 2017

Hello, I have been using XNA Game Studio for a while now. I had previously used this article (Visual Studio 2017 XNA Setup – FlatRedBall) to help me install XNA for Visual Studio 2017 and it did work until now. I reset my PC a few days ago, so I had to reinstall all of my software. Visual Studio was not working properly before, so that was one of the reasons I did a reset. My computer was also moving quite sluggishly. Well, I tried reinstalling the XNA software using this method and it failed both times. I would be very thankful any answers to my question as I am going though a programming course (C#) and I need to have XNA to finish an activity, so yes, this is an urgent question.
