Hi, I have a Windows 10 PC and I'm having an issue with the 'Intel Wireless Bluetooth' device consistently, repetitiously disconnecting every 2 seconds, making that annoying disconnect sound over and over and over only for it to reappear again over and over.
When I go into Bluetooth settings and try to add a device, I get an error that Bluetooth is turned off. However in the Bluetooth settings window, there is no toggle On/Off switch despite it being there before this started occuring.
When going into Device Manager, I've tried:
-Uninstalling and Reinstalling the drivers to no avail
-Uninstalling the device entirely. Upon restart I would continue to hear the disconnect loop on the login screen.
-Using the troubleshooter simply led to a page saying that it couldn't automatically be resolved.
Beyond this, I've tried:
-Manually reinstalling the driver
-Turning the entire PC off and on again
-Disabling and re-enabling the device in device manager
-Resetting my PC to it's factory default with a fresh install of windows.
And yet it still does this. Could the hardware be corrupted somehow?
It haunts me.
Please help.
Any information you need, let me know. I just want to use my wireless keyboard again. I just want this madness to end.
