Does anyone know what this means? What are the further steps to take.
Zoom and sometime YouTube videos hang the video

Device Manager Graphics section
General tab says "This device is working properly"
But the Events Tab Information box says
Device PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_0A26&SUBSYS_20548086&REV_09\3&11583659&0&10 requires further installation
This is a clean re-install of windows 10
Driver date 11/4/2020, Version 20.19.15.5171 This was there on the previous version of the driver
