Windows 11 Intel(R) Wireless Ac9560 160mhz always stop working!

I'm running Windows 11 Pro V. 22H2 on a Asus ROG Strix G731GT Laptop. i have a Intel(R) Wireless AC 9560 160mhz network adapter. I have seen other issues with this adapter, but none seem to be the same issue I'm having. If i am running anything connected to the internet and put my computer to sleep my internet disappears. Like there will be the standard Globe with the not connected symbol on it but when I click on it to see available networks...... there is no Wi-Fi option at all. i can open device manager and it says that the device is there and working and no issues can be found.
