Windows 11 Intel RST unable to install

Hi so i’m currently trying to install a new copy of windows onto my desktop pc.The issue is that i can get as far as the setup when it says the intel RST drivers are missing. I have tried a multitude of different drivers now and it says they are all outdated. The thing is i don’t have another windows machine to get these drivers from only a m2 mac.My desktop machine cpu is an intel i5-9400f.Any help would be appreciated i have been trying to solve this for hours (i even tried moving down to windows 10 to see if it would work and no luck)
