Windows 10 Intel Services Installed on Windows 10 Fully AMD (Acer Nitro 5 AN515 - 42 )

Hello Microsoft Community,I 've been having random Black Screen freezes and BSOD with different messages (Mostly caused when playing videos/music ) on my Nitro 5 AN515 - 42 (AMD Ryzen 5 2500U and AMD Radeon RX560X ). I noticed two Intel Services installed in the machine: Intel Audio Service and Intel Extreme Tuning Utility Service. After disabling them, still have the some crashed but a bit less than the usual. I found an article on "DriverFrameworks-UserMode" which suggested to use "Driver verifier" and after following the steps stated in the article, i discovered that a problem is generated
