Windows 11 Intel WiFi 6 AX201 Win11 not detecting networks?

I have tried everything. Reinstalled drivers, reset router, restarted PC, etc. All my other devices detect local networks no problem, it's just this PC and this card. Device manager gives the error below. Any ideas? Running Win11, MoBo ASUSTeK G15CF 1.0Device PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_7AF0&SUBSYS_00748086&REV_11\3&11583659&0&A3 had a problem starting. Driver Name: oem7.inf Class Guid: {4d36e972-e325-11ce-bfc1-08002be10318} Service: Netwtw12 Lower Filters: Upper Filters: vwifibus Problem: 0x0 Problem Status: 0xC00000E5
