Windows 10 Intermittent bluescreens and weird behavior in some apps - not sure if it's a driver issue or something failing?

I built this machine several months ago and it's got some strange behavior issues and occasionally just bluescreens. Ryzen 5950X, 32GB ram, geforce 3090 FE, two NVMe drives and one big slow 8TB HDD.When it bluescreens, the only common task that I think is always running is that I've got Twitch open in Chrome, which I wouldn't think would be something that would take down an entire PC, but...Not sure how to even start to address this one.The other issue, which may or may not have anything at all to do with it, is that some applications have this strange 30-40+ second delay before loading.
