Windows 10 Intermittent BSODs for over 1 year- unable to determine the cause

I have had intermittent BSODs- they occur randomly but seem to be more frequent when I have multiple programs open. I would say 80% occur when Firefox is open (I have reinstalled several times with no resolution).I have tested the memory using the windows tool and an externally sourced tool from the web- no errors. I have run multiple scans with Windows Defender and Malwarebytes to try and find any malware. No issues with the discs, as verified via check disk. SFC/ scannow found some errors about 2 months ago but the BSODs have kept happening since then.If anyone can suggest anything else I wo
