Windows 11 Intermittent Crashes Caused by "Windows Hardware Error" FOLLOW-UP

This is a follow-up to a previously unanswered question (Intermittent Crashes Caused by "Windows Hardware Error" - Microsoft Community). I don't know why my attempts to continue correspondence have been unsuccessful. Based on the information provided by the Microsoft Independant Advisors, Intel agreed to send a replacement CPU. I installed it Saturday and have experienced 4 failures since. Every failure has had the same symptoms as before and have been just as random. The only difference is I no longer get any of the "Windows Hardware Errors" or "Problem Event Names." I'm not sure what that sa
