Windows 11 Internal Bluetooth & Generic Bluetooth Radio won't work together anymore.

Hi, My new windows machine had no issue with bluetooth last week but today when I logged on my Internal Bluetooth, RZ608 Bluetooth(R) Adapter, was having driver issues with Code 31. Updating drivers and Windows did not fix it but I noticed if I unplugged my Generic Bluetooth Radio dongle before start up that it would work with no issues. But then if I plugged the Generic Bluetooth Radio back in then it (Generic) would have driver issues with Code 31. I cannot get them to function at the same time anymore which makes my bluetooth choppy and unusable. To reiterate, I have already updated Windows
