Hi everyone I have a problem with my pc: Windows 10 64 Bit Versione 2004 Scheda Madre: Gigabyte X570 AORUS ELITE rev. 1.0 AM4 ATX con Versione Bios F30 Scheda Video: MSI RTX 2070 Super Ventus GP OC Cpu: AMD Ryzen 7 3700X AM4 3,6GHz 32MB Cache Box Ram: RAM G.Skill Trident Z RGB DDR4 3600 MHz 32 GB (2x16GB) CL18 S.O: SSD 250 GB Samsung 970 Evo Plus M.2 Alimentatore: Corsair Hx1200I Platinum I have 6 Sata peripherals connected to the motherboard and some actually always the same disappear randomly sometimes after restarting windows sometimes after two, three days of use. I should re-initialize the hard drives and recover them with partition recovery program every time The build in its entirety has 4 months of life and with windows 10 version 1909 never had problems This problem after updating the bios to the F30 version had disappeared and now it has come back to me after a few days I also tried with one of the hard drives to empty it, format it, recreate the partition and put the data back into it and the same exact problem after a few days. I also have two pci sata cards one with marvell chipset and one with asmedia chipset and the hard drives and dvd player connected on them are perfectly recognized by windows and motherboard. I also have an UPS connected to this APC PC but I don't think that's it. Is there by chance a specific driver for the sata controller of your motherboard compatible with windowa 10 version 2004 since the problem exists since I adopted this specific version of windows 10? Another modification I made was to install windows 10 on a ssd m2 samsung and it is connected to the slot next to the cpu. Hoping to have described the problem to the best of my ability, I look forward to receiving your feedback. Thank you. |
