Windows 11 Internet access is blocked.

I'm having problems about connecting to wifi on my laptop. Browsers say your internet access is blocked or no internet and any other app says you're not connected to internet. I've tried every single solutions on the web and they didn't work. I think it happened after troubleshooter fix somthing about network and cables , i don't know what that exactly was .Can reseting network and adapter settings fix this problem ? And what are the risks about doing this ? (I've switched to mobile Hotspot and it didn't work either, unfortunately the problem is my laptop) :(
