Windows 11 Internet connection issues for other programs when opening a browser in the background

Hello everyone,I recently got a new pc (Acer Nitro N50-656) and it works perfectly fine. I am also using an ethernet cable and the speed and reliability is great. I have never had any issues with that ever.However, it seems that there might be some issue with it still. I found out that when I open youtube (or actually anything in a browser) that video will run perfectly fine and quick. Yet when I have anything that requires internet open on my main monitor (tried to download something from steam or also tried playing R6 siege), my download speed on Steam went to basically 0.
