Windows 10 Internet goes out, when this happens, shut down doesn't not turn off the computer

Hi, this was posted before and over 50 people had the same issues and the post had over 1,000 views but it was locked with no answer: Previous PostFor me it goes like this.1. Doing things as normal, using a LAN connection, everything works.2. Internet suddenly goes out, have determined it's just my PC and not any other device.3. Internet issue is not remedied unless PC is restarted. So I click power > shutdown.4. PC goes through normal shutdown procedures but after it turns the monitors off, stays on and does, seemingly, nothing.5. Now have to do a force shutdown one of 2 ways:Holding the p
