Windows 11 Internet slow and not stable on every PC, any other device works perfectly fine

Hello, ever since I restarted my router, all PCs have had poor and unstable internet. However, all other devices (smartphones, tablets, and MacBook) have fast internet. The download speed is only 0.8Mbps, even though my phone gets more than 25Mbps. I have already tried changing my DNS and IP address, troubleshooting, and updating drivers. Nothing worksI’ve also watched several tutorials on YouTube about making settings changes, but nothing helped. Entering CMD commands like “IPCONFIG /FLUSHDNS” or “NETSH INT IP RESET” didn’t help either.Can someone help me please? Thank you
