Windows 10 Internet slow in Windows 10 and 11 but fine on Linux

Everything was fine until a few weeks ago and I was getting my full internet speed (500mbps)until it just tanked and sits at 50mbps nowOther PCs work fine in the same network.I tried formatting windows, updating drivers, network reset, different cable, safe modenothing helped!I tried fresh windows installation from USB media both windows 10 and windows 11 to no avail.my specs are speccy.piriform.com/results/xG6VCmbhQ8VVqX4ykmTuOa5Please help!
