Windows 11 Internet stops working on most Applications after Streaming/Video calls, requires a system restart.

My Windows 11 PC has been having issues with Ethernet internet connection after trying to stream anything.Whenever I try to do any of the following the internet connection is nearly guaranteed to break:- Steam remote play streaming to another PC or to my Steam Link (TV).- Slack huddle calls- Microsoft Teams meetings(Surprisingly, Zoom calls DON'T break the connection and work fine)The apps I've noticed lose connection are nearly all Desktop Apps, Windows Apps, Discord, Slack, Ookla Speed Test, etcWhen the issue occurs, I have to restart my system to fix it.
