Windows 10 Inviting Family Member to join and have access to Microsoft 365

I am the main holder of a Microsoft 365 system. I have up to 5 family members with whom I wish to share the facility but whenever I invite them an error code comes up. (CgyExPrwh0K7Zw6e.9.98) I have tried the recommendation of what to do without success. Should all this be done on a mobile or can it be done on a laptop?
