Windows 11 iqvw64e.sys A driver cannot load on this device

Why has this now become an issue again - Windows 11 (23H2) 22631.4169 ?Previously it's only been flagged as important for "Enterprise" users - but that begs the question, why for them and not the rest of us ? Particularly since, now "Windows Security" --> "Device security" is now complaining about "Core isolation" not being switched on... ?
