Windows 11 IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL on fresh Windows 11 install with new hardware

Hello all. For the last several weeks, since doing a rather large upgrade to my machine and installing a fresh copy of Windows 11, I have been plagued by BSODs at least once a day, always the same issue. I have followed some of the other instructions I have found on this site with no luck. I have ran a memory diagnostic, I have done a clean install of my graphics drivers, ran the DISM restore and sfc, etc.My system specs:Ryzen 7 5800X3DMSI MAG B550 Tomahawk Max WiFiEVGA RTX 3080 Ti G.Skill 64GB (2x32GB) DDR4 2666.SanDisk SSD PLUS 240 GB (SATA (SSD))Seagate ST8000VN004-2M2101 (SATA ) 35 °C West
