Windows 10 Is C:\Program Files (x86)\AW Manager\Windows Manager Folder a virus?

Hello,My google sign me out of all accounts because of a suspicious app. Luckily I recovered my accounts. Also, My outlook keep sending new messages even I'm just playing. But to be very sure I installed Avast anti-virus and it detected a malicious file from C:\Program Files (x86)\AW Manager\Windows Manager and I deleted it in the anti-virus but I'm still not sure If the suspicious app is already gone. Should I delete the AW Manager>Windows Manager and all the files in there? Also I opened The windows uptate.ini and I saw some informations similar to other threads. That asking if its a viru
