I have been trying to recover my compromised Microsoft account for a while now, initially it was *** Email address is removed for privacy *** emailing me with information about my situation. Now an email labeled CDOC Case Management *** Email address is removed for privacy *** is the one helping me.I appreciate the commitment in resolving my issue, but I just wish to confirm if this is legit or a phishing attempt.Because the email is asking me for my credit card information and IP address to further validate the ownership of the accountThank you!
