Windows 11 is it bad that my gpu and mem clock are max all the time?

yesterday, i watched a tutorial online on how to increase performance while gaming. the video made me do some changes and made me create a restore point before the changes if anything goes bad. this night, i noticed that my gpu clock was at 1807MHz and my mem clock was at 7500MHz at idle. idle temps were around 58 degrees C and while gaming the max temps were 68-70 degrees C. is it bad that my clock speed are that high even while idle? should i go back to the restore point? (the image below shows my clock speeds and temps at idle.)My Specs: - Nvidia GeForce RTX 3060- Ryzen 5 5600X- Asus ROG ST
