Windows 11 Is it possible to get the old High Contrast Themes from Windows 10 for Windows 11?

I have a customer that we have recently upgraded from Windows 10 to Windows 11. He has an eyesight problem and really needs to have high contrast themes. I don't know why they did this but they changed the high contrast themes in Windows 11 completely. The High Contrast Black in Windows 10 was perfect for him. In Windows 10 he used the simple High Contrast Black. One of the main features that helped him was that The tops of new documents in Word had purple as the box color with white for the menus.
