Windows 11 Is it possible to make Windows 11 pro permanently update ONLY on a fixed Day of the week e.g. Mondays and at a fixed time 10:00am when ever Microsoft

I ask this because I continually have to manually schedule the updates every time Microsoft pushes updates, it is simply a waste of time & worst still if I forget to schedule a day & time then it updates when it SHOULDN'T!! Always in my case the best time is Monday at 10:00am
