Windows 11 Is it possible to remove a computer from my windows account (disabling windows) remotely to use the digital key for another device?

I recently built a PC and transferred my old laptop's storage device to the PC. When booting a fresh download of Windows 11 the PC recognized that there were windows on the drive, but it moved the old files to Windows old. When prompted to activate this install of Windows 11, I was brought to the troubleshooting page that showed that I would not be able to activate this Windows 11. Is there another way to troubleshoot? If not, is there a way to remotely remove other computers from my account and be able to use the digital key in another PC?
