Windows 10 Is it possible to use my laptop as a wired monitor?

Hello,I am working on an old pc that does not have Bluetooth/Miracast, so therefor cannot connect to my laptop wirelessly. I am wondering if I can use a display cable to connect to my laptop and use it as a second monitor for the pc. My laptop has HDMI, USB, and USB-C, and the pc has DisplayPort, and two other old types, I thing VGA and RGB? I am not exactly sure, but it has two bolts on the side and 9 pins in the middle. The other port has two bolts on the side and a lot of pins in the middle. I would need an adapter.Anyway, if this is possible to do it would be greatly appreciated!
