Windows 11 Is it safe to disable two display adpapters

I have two display adapters: AMD Radeon(TM) Graphics and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4090. I want to only use my GeForce RTX 4090 but I think the other one is interfearing with some of my games because I sometimes get crash reports saying the Radeon(TM) Graphics are timeouting. is it safe to disable the AMD Radeon(TM) Graphics Display Adapter?
