Windows 11 Is Microsoft actually retarded? Why do I still have the game physically on my SSD even tho it was uninstalled?

I had state of decay 2 from the **** Windows store, since I had to do that back when it was released. I just uninstalled it on my W11 laptop to be confused as to why my entire partition was using up 100 GB while my files only used up 69GB. I managed to use a free app to notice that the WindowsApp folder, specifically only created once you install a **** stupid game from their store, I had to force myself into my own folder again just to have access to it, tried to delete most of it and may have freed up 40 GB (how, from where?) out of around 60GB in that folder, one of the folders I couldn't d
