In order to reply to a support request on gmail, Microsoft sends a message and asks that you reply above the message. This is simply not possible in Gmail. Gmail doesn't let you edit above the message. So support requests are useless. Is this a ploy by Microsoft to punish Gmail users? Is there a workaround? Do I have to reconfigure Gmail to handle replies differently? It's really frustrating to get messages that say, "I got an email from you with no information in it" Come on.
