Windows 11 Is the "CRDF" Virus bad?

Hi all, I'm just wondering if this is a virus? I ran it through VirusTotal and it came up with CRDF as malicious now I'm worried if my computer has a virus or not.so this is the link software. this is a link of a game (elden ring) i have download it but i have not run it
