Windows 11 Is the Dell XPS15 9500 10th Gen i7-10875H capable of running a 165hz monitor?

Hello,I have an UltraGear LG monitor (32GN600) that is capable of running up to 165hz, however I've been trying to set the refresh rate into 165hz but the max I could go is 144hz for now. I'm currently using the belkin USB-C to DP 1.4 to connect my laptop to monitor.
