Windows 11 Is the secure startup messing up my computer?

Long story short, i wanted to play valorant but it told me i can't play unless i have the secure startup activated in the BIOS, so i did, but now the computer is kind of not functioning properly, it feels slow while using the browser even at this moment writing this technical problem. More confusing is that is not recognizing any audio or microphone input or output. I'm hella confused, thanks for reading any idea? I want to have the secure startup activated and also be able to ear things! [if i disable the secure startup everything goes back to normal, (but i won't be able to play my game haha
