In Windows 11, every instances of the Heavy Check Mark (Alt + 2714) ✔ is replaced with a purple check mark instead of green.If you go to 
✔✓☑ Check mark - Tick symbol

✗✘ you'll see the symbol rendered differently on Win10 vs Win11.
