Windows 11 Is there a way to conditionally deactivate touch screen until using as a tablet for Dell 2-in-1?

I am running a Dell Inspiron 14 2-in-1 laptop running Windows 11. Since this is a 2-in-1 I can flip the screen back and use as a tablet, and when I do that I would like to be able to use the touchscreen function, but only then. Otherwise I would prefer for the touchscreen to not work. I will not use tablet mode often, but when I do would like the change to be automatic, or at least be quick. Any suggestions are appreciated. I am not looking to go into Device Manager each and everytime I need to do this. If there was a pinnable button like Airplane mode has in the bottom right would be great, b
