Windows 11 Is there a way to configure VBS in Windows 11 through wsl2?

I'm looking for a way to configure virtualization-based security on windows 11. I'm running a laptop with 16 GB of memory, and I see through msinfo32 that I only have 6.59 GB of physical memory available, and I suspect that VBS is the culprit since it is running, and I know that it uses a portion of a system's memory to run. From my reading I've gathered that you're supposed to configure it through a virtual machine, which is what wsl2 is, but I can't find a way to actually do so. My ideal configuration would be to dedicate 4 GB for VBS, leaving 12 available for the host system. Is this possib
