Windows 10 Is there a way to find out the recent changes to my C: drive memory-wise?

Hello. I've encountered this problem multiple times and it has frustrated me as many times when it happened: my C: drive (100GB SSD) suddenly running out of space. I've already installed and used CCleaner, optimized and defragmented the drive, and ran Malwarebytes+Windows Defender. However, there will always be a time when there's a sudden change in my C: drive that causes it to reach red state (from free 11 GB to free 8.72 GB storage left). Is there a way to find out what caused the sudden change by seeing some sort of history for the memory changes in my C: drive?
