Windows 10 Is there a way to get my recovery key for Bitlocker, not in university or personal account

JOSUEDANIEL SANDI GRANADOS

A few days ago I allowed a regular update on my Windows 10, however since then, my laptop has been blocked by Bitlocker and asking me for the recovery key, however I can't find it anywhere. I went to my school account in azure as the instructions on the blocked screen recommended me, however the recovery key is not there, and when I ask my university they tell me that the Bitlocker thing is personal software, and as such it is a personal issue and don't have access to the key, and when I try to find it in my personal account it's also not there, what can I do to get, I really can't just format
