Windows 11 Is there a way to get rid of this transparent circle with shadows showing up on the screen?

Here's the screenshot of it:With white background around the circle to make it looks a lot more clear.This transparent circle randomly appears after I turn on my computer for a while. It just started occurring late at night yesterday. I'm worried if that is some kind of malware or something, but my anti-virus couldn't find any.If you have any way to fix this issue, please let me know. I would really appreciate it.
