Windows 10 Is there a way to make all possible resolutions my monitor is capable of running in the Windows Settings Program?

Windows XP fan L

After reaching the Windows Settings program, I have to click on "Advanced display settings". Then I have to click on my display adapter properties, and then I have to click another button which displays all modes my monitor is capable of in order to change my resolution to 640x480. That resolution doesn't show up in the Windows setting program. It would be nice if I could change my resolution in the Windows Settings program as it would be quicker.
