Windows 11 Is there a way to move the toolbar to the left? (Paint 3D)

In paint 3D, the toolbar with the pencil configurations is to the right of the screen. I'm left handed and it's unnatural for me to move the pencil all across the screen just to switch tools. I haven't found any setting options to fix this. Is there a way to change the toolbar location on the screen?
